Coffee tasting is an important moment in coffee roasting production. Coffee appearance, flavour profile and taste are evaluated based on very exact criteria. As always, at Passalacqua, the objective is to achieve a product that can give all coffee consumers a unique sensory experience. For this reason, by tradition, we taste each batch of coffee before and after purchase, to ensure that it always conforms to our quality standards.
A team of expert tasters, our “coffee sommeliers”, follow a specific tasting protocol at Passalacqua, evaluating each variety of coffee both before and after purchase.
